Do petrol cars have a DPF?
Here’s something you might not know: although petrol cars don’t have a DPF, most modern petrol cars have a similar system called a GPF.
It operates in a similar way and traps particulates to keep emissions in check.
They play a crucial role in meeting emissions, and fortunately, they are not as problematic as diesel particulate filters.
I hope this clears things up.
If you’ve got more questions about your car’s filtration system, feel free to ask.
